alireza0：标准 5 段 crontab 被静默拒绝的定时提醒缺陷已修复，将随下个版本发布

针对面板设置问题：Telegram 定时提醒使用标准 5 段 crontab（如 0 9 * * *）此前被静默拒绝、收不到通知，属缺陷、已修复并将随下个版本发布，保存设置时也会拒绝无效值；面板时区设置只影响面板自身的定时任务，容器时钟来自 TZ 变量（默认 Asia/Tehran），可在 docker-compose.yml 中设置 TZ: Asia/Shanghai 更改。

Thanks for the report!

1. Telegram schedule: this was a bug. Standard 5-field crontab (like 0 9 * * *) was rejected silently. It's fixed and will be in the next release. Invalid values are now also rejected when you save the settings.
2. Time zone: the panel time zone setting only affects the panel's schedules. The container clock comes from the TZ variable, which is Asia/Tehran by default. To change it, add this to your docker-compose.yml:
