tobyxdd 澄清 Hysteria 的 ECH 并未被丢弃，是客户端日志始终显示为 false

在 Hysteria 议题「tls.ech 在未设置 disableChromeParrot 时被静默忽略」的讨论中，tobyxdd 回应称 ECH 实际上并没有被丢弃。问题只是客户端在启用 Chrome 指纹伪装（parroting）时，即使 ECH 已经生效，日志里也始终显示 ech 为 false。他表示该问题纯属显示层面，将在下个版本修复。

Thanks for the report. But ECH is not actually being dropped. The problem was just the client always logged "ech": false even when ECH was in use (with Chrome parroting on).

This issue is purely cosmetic and will be fixed in the next release.
