pengchujin：塔台 1.0.26 修复代理凭据中的 % 被二次解码

针对「代理 URI 凭据含 % 时被解码两次」，pengchujin 确认已在 1.0.26 (65) 修复：代理凭据改用 URLComponents 已解码后的值，`abc%2541` 现在导入为 `abc%41`、`abc%25` 导入为 `abc%`；修复覆盖 Trojan、HTTP/SOCKS、TUIC（userinfo 与 query）及其他标准 URI 方案。

Thanks for the precise report! Fixed in 1.0.26 (65): proxy credentials now use the values URLComponents already decoded, so abc%2541 imports as abc%41 and abc%25 as abc%. This covers Trojan, HTTP/SOCKS, TUIC (userinfo and query) and the other standard URI schemes.
