Leadaxe：sing-box-lx 暂不修复 Tailscale 强制 DERP 模式下 magicsock Rebind 的连接泄漏

在 sing-box-lx issue #34（TS_DEBUG_ALWAYS_USE_DERP + magicsock Rebind 泄漏 blockForeverConn，lxd Stop/Apply 永久挂起）的讨论中，Leadaxe 表示：根本原因与两种可能的修复已写入 SPEC 113（提交 d911831d2）。暂不修复——该开关是 tailscale 的调试开关、不属于任何 sing-box-lx 配置，修复需要 sagernet/tailscale 分支或新的 endpoint 选项。规避方法：在依赖 lxd Stop/Apply 的环境不要设置 TS_DEBUG_ALWAYS_USE_DERP。若仅 DERP 模式成为常规需求，可重新打开该问题。

Root cause and both possible fixes are written up in SPEC 113 (commit d911831d2). Not planned for now: the knob is a tailscale debug switch outside any sing-box-lx config, and a fix would need a sagernet/tailscale fork or a new endpoint option. Workaround: do not set TS_DEBUG_ALWAYS_USE_DERP on a stand that relies on lxd Stop/Apply. Reopen if DERP-only mode becomes a regular need.
