klzgrad：forwardproxy 不再接受 UDP in HTTP，建议改用分支

在 forwardproxy PR #10（feat: add UDP in HTTP，已关闭）中表示：依据 naiveproxy PR #835 的讨论，本仓库不再接受 UDP in HTTP；如有需要建议自行 fork。

Per discussion in https://github.com/klzgrad/naiveproxy/pull/835, UDP in HTTP is no longer being accepted in this repo. Fork is recommended if desired.
