pengchujin：塔台导出 SIP003 插件值时做反斜杠转义，修复分号被截断

针对「标准 Shadowsocks 插件链接会截断 WebSocket 路径里的分号」，pengchujin 确认修复：SIP003 插件值在导出时（分享链接与 sing-box `plugin_opts`）改为反斜杠转义，解析时支持 v2ray-plugin 与 obfs-local 的转义，像 `/foo;bar` 这样的路径可以完整往返；修复将随下个版本发布。

Thanks for the report! Confirmed: SIP003 plugin values are now backslash-escaped on export (share links and sing-box plugin_opts) and parsed with escape support for v2ray-plugin and obfs-local, so a path like /foo;bar round-trips intact. The fix will ship in the next release.
