Engine
- meow-rs bumped v0.18.0 → v0.20.2 with the full protocol set: Shadowsocks (simple-obfs, v2ray-plugin), Trojan, VLESS (+Vision, +post-quantum encryption, REALITY), VMess, Snell, Hysteria2, AnyTLS, ech-tls-tunnel; BoringSSL-backed TLS for proxy-outbound ECH and uTLS fingerprinting.

Fixes
- AnyTLS connections timed out while the VPN was active: session dials resolved the server hostname through the in-tunnel fake-IP DNS and connected to an unroutable address. Dials now go through the engine's real resolver + protected-socket stack (meow-rs v0.20.2).
- Config import validated the raw YAML and rejected configs the engine actually supports (e.g. mihomo's external-controller: :9090 shorthand); validation now runs on the same stripped config the engine loads.
- Release builds silently lost every Flutter MethodChannel (R8 stripped the reflectively-invoked plugin registrant) — VPN controls were dead in minified builds.

Project
- Project-wide rename mihomo → meow (libmeowandroidffi.so, meow.db with automatic migration of existing profiles).
- Gradle wrapper 8.13 → 8.14; tag-triggered release CI removed (releases are cut locally; Play uploads go through fastlane).

Google Play: uploaded to the internal testing track as versionCode 1000025.
